Val d'Isère 2008
The recent additions of the Laisinant Express lift and the new Pyramides chair lift in the Fornet ski area have added yet another facet to the Val d'Isère diamond, whilst the new four-man express Cugnai chair has opened new opportunities on superb north-facing pistes high above the Tête de Solaise . The new Rhone-Alpes descent into Val is a challenge fit for the World Championship Downhill which will be contested on this piste in 2009. Add all this to the high-speed Tommeuse and Borsat links to Tignes, the Olympique bubble and the legendary Funival - it has never been easier to ski 'til you drop!
